With over 27,000 square feet, we have the people and facilities to meet your every need. Below is an outlined approach to help guide you through our process that is geared around your needs and satisfaction.

- Initial meeting with customer to determine requirements.

- Benchmarking and patent researches are preformed to make sure customer's ideas do not infringe on any patents.

- Initial designs are created using 3D modeling software by a licensed engineer.

- Initial designs are discussed with the customer and any changes are made.

Design becomes a prototype and is manufactured using several techniques:

- 3D model is imported directly into a CAD/CAM package in house where the CNC machine makes that 3D model.

- 3D model is sent to a rapid prototype machine such as a 3D printer that will recreate the 3D model in actual size that you can hold in a mater of hours.

- Prototype is tested and examined for functionality, durability, manufacturability and how well it satisfies the customers desires.

- Once the prototype has been accepted, production begins on the actual product here at Digna Machine's facilities using our trained staff.

- We have the product finished, heat-treated, tumbled, sandblasted, de-burred and even tested for conformity using various inspection techniques.

- Any components that are part of an assembly are then assembled right in house.

Finally, the finished product is delivered right to you, the customer.
